What is your photography & film policy?
All photographers & videographers must have consent from the venue prior to entrance. Cameras are not allowed in the venue without approval.
If I bought a General Admission ticket for a show, is there seating available?
We do not accept reservations during national acts, however, tables and bar seats are available on a first come, first served basis. We always recommend arriving as close to the listed door time as possible to get a seat. Our kitchen is open with full menu available for purchase on the nights we host large acts, so you’ll have time for dinner and drinks before the music starts!

Can I make a dinner reservation on a night you have live music?
DURING LOCAL ACTS:
We happily accept reservations and walk-ins on the nights we have local acts in the house. Need space for a larger group or want to upgrade your night out?
DURING NATIONAL ACTS:
We do not accept reservations on the days/nights we host a national act. Tables and bar seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Reservations aren’t your thing? Like to walk on the wild side? We highly recommend arriving early if you want a table! Can’t tell if the night you’re looking at has a local or national act playing? You can always give us a call or email us – we’re happy to chat.
Do you offer coat check?
Yes, we do! Coat check is complimentary.
Do you have a cover charge?
We typically have a cover charge on Friday and Saturday nights and it usually starts between 8:30pm and 9pm. We accept all major credit cards and cash.
(Pro tip: skip the cover by arriving early!)
What’s the best way to get to Six String?
DRIVERS
If you’re driving, there’s ample free parking at Patriot Place. (Be aware of days when there are large events at Gillette Stadium.)
PUBLIC TRANSPORT
For those who aren’t driving, we’re just a 10 minute walk away from the Foxboro MBTA Commuter Rail stop on the Franklin line.
UBER
We encourage you to take an Uber – there’s a monthly discount code for $10 off each way on rides to and from Patriot Place. The best part? You can use it multiple times!
Are you handicap accessible?
Yes, Six String is fully handicap accessible.
What is your dress code?
Be casual, be comfortable, however no shoes & no shirts are a problem.
Do I need to print my ticket?
Save some trees! You can show your ticket on your mobile device upon entry.

Do you offer refunds?
All sales are final unless a show is postponed or canceled. In the event of a postponement or cancellation, we’ll send out an email notification with information on what you’ll need to do with your tickets.
Are there age restrictions for shows?
Yes, shows are 21+ unless otherwise noted.
What time do doors open?
Door times will be denoted for our national acts on their event listing. On the nights we have local acts, music starts around 9pm!
How can I purchase tickets for an upcoming show?
For ticketed shows, you can (1) purchase tickets online at the show’s listing, (2) right at Six String’s box office at our host desk in the restaurant, or (3) at the entrance on the night of a show. We strongly recommend that you purchase your tickets in advance – you’ll save yourself a few bucks, and guarantee yourself a spot!
For non-ticketed shows, any cover charge will be denoted in the event listing. We recommend you arriving early!
